  • obtaining professional advice where needed.
Bold Corner is not responsible for the privacy, security or data-processing practices of third-party platforms into which you upload the materials.
14 - Term and Termination
14. Term and Termination
This licence begins when you purchase, download or access the Digital Solution.
Unless otherwise stated, it continues indefinitely, provided that you comply with this Agreement.
The licence terminates automatically if you materially breach its terms.

Following termination, you must:
  • stop using the Digital Solution;
  • delete all digital copies under your control;
  • destroy any printed copies;
  • remove the materials from digital workspaces;
  • stop displaying or distributing any unauthorised extracts.
Termination does not affect any rights or remedies that arose before termination.
Sections concerning intellectual property, restrictions, liability and governing law remain effective after termination.
15 - Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
15. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
15.1 Before digital access begins
Where you purchase as a consumer and mandatory consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal, that right remains available unless and until the statutory conditions for its loss have been satisfied.

15.2 Immediate access to digital contentWhen you request immediate access to downloadable digital content before the end of the applicable withdrawal period, you may be asked to:
  1. expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning immediately; and
  2. acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once supply begins, as provided by applicable law.
For sales to consumers in France and the European Union, immediate loss of the withdrawal right for digital content requires the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement. A simple statement that all downloads are automatically “non-refundable” may not be sufficient.

15.3 Defective or non-conforming contentThe withdrawal rules do not remove any mandatory rights you may have where the Digital Solution is defective, inaccessible or does not conform to the contract.

15.4 Refund requestsRefund requests should be sent to [EMAIL ADDRESS] and include:
  • the purchaser’s name;
  • the order number;
  • the purchase date;
  • the name of the Digital Solution;
  • the reason for the request.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights.
16 - Recommended Checkout Confirmation
16. Recommended Checkout Confirmation
For purchases involving immediate access, the checkout should include a separate unticked checkbox using wording such as:
I expressly request immediate access to the digital content before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. I acknowledge that, once access or downloading begins, I lose my right of withdrawal.
This consent should be recorded and confirmed in the order email. French and EU rules require prior express consent and acknowledgement before the withdrawal right can be lost for digital content supplied immediately.
17 - Changes to the Agreement
17. Changes to this Agreement
Bold Corner may update this Agreement for future purchases.
The version applicable to your purchase is the version presented or linked at the time of purchase, unless a later change:
  • is required by law;
  • benefits you without reducing your rights;
  • is expressly accepted by you.
Material changes will not retroactively remove rights already granted under an existing licence.
18 - Governing Law and Disputes
18. Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of France.
Before beginning formal proceedings, you and Bold Corner agree to attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting the other party in writing.
Consumers retain the benefit of any mandatory protections provided by the law of their country of habitual residence.
Where required by French consumer law, Bold Corner will provide the contact details of the competent consumer mediator:

Consumer mediator: [NAME]
Address: [ADDRESS]
Website: [WEBSITE]

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts determined under applicable law.
19 - General Provisions

19.1 Entire agreement
This Agreement, together with the applicable product page, order confirmation and any licence terms stated on the invoice, constitutes the agreement concerning your use of the Digital Solution.

19.2 Order of precedence
Where different licence documents conflict, the following order applies:
  1. a written licence agreement signed by Bold Corner;
  2. licence terms stated on the invoice;
  3. product-specific terms on the product page;
  4. this End-User Licence Agreement.
19.3 Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

19.4 No waiver
A failure by Bold Corner to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
19.5 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without prior written permission from Bold Corner.

Bold Corner may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a business restructuring, sale or transfer of the relevant intellectual-property rights, provided that this does not reduce your mandatory consumer rights.

19.6 Language
This Agreement may be made available in several languages.
Where legally permitted and where inconsistencies arise, the FRENCH version will prevail.
The current version of the Privacy Policy is dated of 14.07.2026
