5. Restrictions
Unless Bold Corner has given you prior written permission, you may not perform any of the following actions.
5.1 Redistribution
You may not:
- copy the files for another person;
- email or message the files to another person;
- upload the files to a shared folder or shared drive;
- make the files available through a membership, community or learning platform;
- publish the files on a website or social-media platform;
- distribute printed copies;
- include the files in a product bundle or resource library;
- provide access through a QR code, link, password or download page.
This restriction applies to free and paid distribution.
5.2 Resale and sublicensing
You may not:
- sell or rent the Digital Solution;
- sublicense the Digital Solution;
- bundle it with another commercial offer;
- use it as a free bonus for your own products or services;
- transfer your licence to another person or organisation;
- claim that another person has purchased a licence through you.
5.3 Client-facing facilitation
The Individual Licence does permit you to use the Digital Solution as the material or methodology for:
- client workshops;
- group workshops;
- coaching sessions;
- consulting sessions;
- training programmes;
- courses;
- educational classes;
- strategic sessions;
- facilitated meetings;
- online challenges;
- community activities.
This applies whether the activity is paid or unpaid.
You may discuss the ideas you developed through your personal use of the Digital Solution, but you may not expose participants to the cards, prompts, exercises or usage scenarios as a structured experience.
A Facilitator Licence is required for this type of use.
5.4 Derivative products
You may not use the Digital Solution or a substantial part of it to create:
- another card deck;
- a toolkit;
- a workbook;
- a course;
- a training programme;
- a methodology;
- a facilitation game;
- a template;
- an application;
- a chatbot;
- an interactive tool;
- a database;
- a prompt library;
- a content subscription;
- a product substantially reproducing the structure, progression or distinctive mechanics of the Digital Solution.
You may apply general ideas learned from the Digital Solution, but you may not reproduce its protected expression, structure, naming system, card content, exercises or visual identity.
5.5 Modification of the source materials
You may not:
- remove or conceal Bold Corner branding;
- remove copyright or licence notices;
- alter the authorship information;
- replace the Bold Corner logo with your own;
- recolour, redesign or rewrite the cards for distribution;
- translate the Digital Solution for publication or distribution;
- extract individual elements for use in another product;
- present an adapted version as your own original methodology.
Personal annotations and private working modifications are permitted, provided that the modified materials are not shared or distributed.
5.6 Public publishing
You may not publish complete cards, full-resolution files or substantial extracts on:
- websites;
- blogs;
- newsletters;
- social-media platforms;
- marketplaces;
- online courses;
- community platforms;
- portfolio download areas;
- presentation-sharing platforms;
- public or template-based Miro, Mural, FigJam, Canva or Notion spaces.
5.7 Artificial intelligence and data extraction
You may not use the Digital Solution:
- as training data for an artificial intelligence model;
- to fine-tune or evaluate a machine-learning system;
- to create a chatbot or automated adviser;
- to populate a retrieval or searchable knowledge system;
- to build a prompt database or content-generation system;
- for systematic text, image or data extraction;
- to generate a substantially similar competing product.
You may use a general-purpose AI assistant to help you privately reflect on your own answers, provided that you do not upload the complete Digital Solution or use the AI system to reproduce, store, analyse or reconstruct the product.
5.8 Unlawful or harmful use
You may not use the Digital Solution in connection with content or activities that are:
- unlawful;
- defamatory;
- fraudulent;
- discriminatory;
- abusive;
- pornographic;
- violent or threatening;
- deliberately misleading;
- intended to manipulate or harm another person;
- infringing the rights of another person or organisation.
