  • It was just a gradual development over the years. Last year was "All You Need Is Love." This year it's "Give Peace a Chance." Remember love. If you want to get peace, you can get it as soon as you like if we all pull together.

I think if you do something and it turns out pretty good, then you should go do something else wonderful, not dwell on it for too long.
  • The principal element of Suprematism in painting, as in architecture, is its liberation from all social or materialist tendencies. Through Suprematism, art comes into its pure and unpolluted form.

  • We were just building stuff 'cause we thought it was cool. I do remember having these specific conversations with my friends where we thought, you know, someone is gonna build this. Someone is gonna build something that makes it so that people can stay connected with their friends and their family.

The question I leave the module with is, now that I have built the framework, do I actually have the discipline to live it? That is the real test, I think.
Working through the 10-step framework helped me connect my professional ambitions with my personal values in a way I had not done before. What surprised me most was that my personal goal recharging intentionally turned out to be just as important as my professional goal and that they are not separate.

Making this Personal Brand Action Plan was not easy for me in the beginning because I had many ideas in my head and I did not know how to connect them together.
I also did not think that making goals would be so difficult. At first I thought it was easy to just write goals down, but during the practice I noticed that it is actually hard to know what you really want and why it is important for you. When I started writing everything on paper and using the steps, I slowly understood better what is important for me and what kind of person I want to become in the future. This framework practice made me think more deeply about myself and not only about school or work. Alexandra also helped me a lot during this process by asking questions and helping me search for the real core behind my ideas and meanings. Because of that, I could reflect more honestly and think deeper.

Through working on goal setting, I experienced that building a professional presence requires consistency more than motivation.
One of the main obstacles was finding time and ideas to create meaningful, evidence-based content alongside academic and practical commitments. I also noticed occasional hesitation around sharing work publicly, which made me reflect on confidence and perceived judgement from others.
An important insight was that reflection becomes deeper when it is shared, as engaging with peers helps challenge my thinking and exposes gaps in my understanding. I gained a clearer perspective that professional identity is developed gradually through repeated actions rather than a single effort or outcome.
This process raised questions for me about how to balance authenticity with professionalism online, and how to ensure that my content remains clinically accurate while still being engaging and accessible.

This exercise was sometimes challenging because it required me to compare my own self-image with how others truly see me, which is not always easy to accept. One obstacle was realizing that my direct communication style, while positive, can also be perceived as stubborn or intense. A key insight is that others see more positive and social qualities in me than I expected, such as being caring, supportive, and fun, which changed my perspective on how I come across. It also made me question how I can better balance honesty with empathy and whether I should show more of my vulnerable side to others. Overall, it gave me a clearer and more realistic understanding of myself and areas for growth.

Personal Brand Strategy Framework Workshop
The module has been very helpful for me to give me time to actually be creative and self reflect which has not been the case for a long time. It also gives me a solid overview of my challenges and new perspective in terms of personal branding and how I can connect with more people.

Entrepreneurial Personal Brand
The biggest obstacle I experienced was that personal branding felt unnatural, deliberately thinking about how to present yourself does not come instinctively. However, this discomfort gave me a valuable insight: self-knowledge is a fundamental skill for any entrepreneur, especially in a trust driven industry like real estate and private equity. This module made me realize that building a personal brand is not something that happens automatically, but requires active reflection.

I also liked working on the Brand Wheel Model because it helped me organize my ideas better and think more clearly about my values, strengths, and what makes me different.
